At G's Health Hub, we understand the unique challenges that women face when it comes to their mental health, body image, and relationship with food. We specialise in training women between the ages of 20 and 40 who are seeking to boost their confidence and transform their lives. Whether you lack confidence, engage in self-sabotaging behaviours, or simply don't feel good enough, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Our founder, a former gymnast, has personally experienced the struggles of body image, mental health, and eating disorders. She knows what it feels like to hit rock bottom and harbor self-hatred. But she also knows the power of fitness and the gym in shifting focus from being "small" to being strong. It's this transformation that has not only improved her mental health and resilience but has also ignited her passion to create a safe space for women like you.

Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annually. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
